Audrey, RD, M. Sc.

Audrey holds a bachelor's and master's degree in nutrition from Université Laval. During her graduate studies at the Institute of Nutrition and Functional Foods, she focused on the impact of dairy consumption on inflammation and chronic disease.

Working in private practice for nearly 15 years, she has gained clinical experience in many areas of nutrition, with a particular interest in microbiota, digestive health and its many impacts on overall health. Working with Epithelia Pro, she loves to train healthcare professionals, particularly on the link between diet and gastrointestinal disorders, as well as diseases with an inflammatory and autoimmune component.

Catherine, RD.

Graduated from the University of Ottawa, Catherine helps her clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Passionate about digestive and hormonal health, she is pursuing a DESS in functional nutrition and health, and holds a certification from Monash University. This expertise enables her to help her patients better manage their symptoms while adopting personalized, sustainable solutions.

She firmly believes that food is much more than a means of nourishment: it's a powerful tool for taking care of yourself, connecting with your body and regaining overall balance. Through her caring, science-based approach, she is committed to helping her clients understand their bodies, optimize their nutrition and improve their quality of life, always respecting their needs and values.

Guest Collaborator: Desiree Nielsen, RD.

Desiree Nielsen RD is a plant-based dietitian in Vancouver, Canada with almost 15 years experience in digestive health practice. She is the author of the Globe and Mail and Toronto Star-bestselling cookbooks Plant Magic, Eat More Plants and Good For Your Gut as well as the host of The Allsorts Podcast, an evidence-informed wellness podcast available on all platforms. Desiree runs a private practice with a focus on plant-based nutrition, digestive health and peri-menopause and menopause nutrition. She is also a clinical instructor for the University of British Columbia Dietetics program
